About District 2

district-2-mini-mapKnown for its tree lined residential streets, District 2 is home to many great historic neighborhoods. The presence of four Historic Landmark Districts: Bungalow Heaven, Historic Highlands, North Pasadena Heights, Holliston Avenue and Crawfords Vista, earns preservation a special place in the heart of the District. The East Washington Village and North Lake Avenue offer a variety of shops, restaurants and services that help create walkable neighborhoods in the north end of the district. Colorado Blvd. on the south offers an assortment of amenities and is a part of the Historic Route 66. District 2 is also home to several schools. Jefferson and Longfellow Elementary Schools and Marshall Fundamental, a public 6-12 school that has received national attention and numerous awards for its Advanced Placement program, are in the district. William Carey International University also calls District 2 home. Centrally located with a beautiful view of the San Gabriel Mountains, District 2 is a great place to live, work and thrive.

District 2 is bounded by Lake, Bell, Mountain, Chester, Colorado, Vista, Villa, Palo Verde, Nelson, Craig, Casa Grande and Martelo
