PWP offers several fast, simple, and secure ways to pay your bill.

Pay Through Your Online Account

Log into your online account to enjoy the convenience of secure payments, see your usage history, request a payment extension, and more.

Mail Your Payment

Send your bill stub with a check or money order to :

Enroll in Automatic Payment

Sign up for our direct debit program to have your bill automatically paid out of your checking or savings account. 

To enroll, download the Direct Debit Application. Mail a completed application, along with a voided blank check to:

Pay with Credit Card by Phone

To make a payment by phone, call Customer Service and have your PWP account number and PIN ready (you can ask a Customer Service Representative for your PIN). Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards are accepted. Payments made with an ATM card must be made in person.

Pay in Person

PWP’s payment office is located at the below address. We are open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Our cashiers accept ATM card, cash, check, or money order payments.

Drop Off Your Payment (After Hours)

Check and cashier’s check payments can be dropped off in PWP’s payment box, located at the southeast corner of Union Street and Garfield Avenue. Please do not put cash in the payment box. Payments received after 2 p.m. will be credited the following business day.
